The people at the front desk are always super friendly and helpful and it is always a great part of the experience when I go to hand and stone. I used to dread going to Massage Envy when I had a membership because the front desk people were always standoffish and didn't usually have answers to my questions. When Hand and Stone missed my call they called me back right away even though I didn't leave a voicemail which never happens at other establishments. Candace (I think was my therapist's name) is amazing and I love seeing her. She does a great job of working on my problem spots while still making it a relaxing experience. I always leave feeling calm and relaxed even though I've just had a deeper pressure massage. She's really knowledgeable about sensitive areas and always minds them more than other massage therapists that I've had. She gives me great advice about how to work on those areas on my own after the massage and I truly love going to this location. Even though I've moved farther away recently I will continue coming here because I love it.

Everything is great except the online booking system that is used at all Hand and Stone's sucks. It tells you nothing available and does not show proper booking options. This is not a reflection on the Englewood store as it happens at all Denver area stores. Once you take the time to call them, they are awesome and will find a reservation for you in a matter of days! So many people want to do everything online and they would get the impression that nobody has any openings in town if they relied on the online system. This is not a new problem, but I have always just ended up calling. I understand that you want to keep a certain amount of time open for walk ins but if you are encouraging online booking please fix the system. Thanks

The reception was very helpful in finding me a therapist for my needs and in a good time frame. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I loved the massage therapist. She listened so well and gave a wonderful massage. She was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I will be activating my membership again in February.
