I really enjoy coming in for my appointments. This is something that I do to not only treat myself, but to force myself to take a break. My therapist is very knowledgeable and I have a certain level of trust with her that I don’t always find with massage therapists. She knows just how hard to dig in and when to back off.

My therapist (Vaness) is great. She did a hot stone massage and helped my body destress. I love the hot towels she uses too.
