I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a very warm, friendly, and inviting receptionist. She made me feel very welcome and cared for and was able to answer all questions that I had.

First massage I'd had in 2 yrs. Was wonderful to get the knots worked out again.

When ever I arrive the people at the front desk are very friendly and offer me a glass of water. I never ha e to wait long for my appointment to start. Sense I started with the massage therapist I have always leave feeling better and relaxed, she works on the areas I request and is always friendly. I am very happy with the services that I received.

Kendra is a fantastic therapist and such a great person in general. She has so much personal experience in so many different things and shares that with the client. She also remembered that I was training for a half marathon and asked about it before I mentioned to her. :)

knowledge of therapist, friendliness of receptionist and closeness to my home makes getting there easier. The staff can help me pick the best products for me and always lets me know of upcoming special will continue my membership.

This particular Hand and Stone location is home to some amazing massage therapists. I have toggled back and forth with several massage clinics for over 12 years and this one by far is the best! The overall courtesy, professionalism, communication, coupled with the intuitive and knowledgeable nature of the staff keeps me returning time and time again. This is an excellent location! They get it right every time!

The staff were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. I felt relaxed and taken care of. The ambiance was also relaxing. It was overall a great experience. Both aesthetician and masseuse were able to provide relaxation and comfort.

Debbie did a great job focusing on my trouble areas and making me feel relaxed.
