I arrived, the receptionist let me know she smelled marijuana on me. I apologized as I am a medical patient and have documentation to prove it, but never want to cause concern for discomfort for staff or other paying guests. The receptionist tried to frame it as I might be in trouble “because we turn away people who are drunk because of the effect it can have in the massage.” My cannabis use is legal in the state of CO and is also doctor prescribed, not rec use. The receptionist went on to tell my therapist that I “used” before arriving. My therapist dismissed that Reefer Madness attitude from the receptionist and let her know cannabis can actually help provide more relaxation in the massage. The receptionist even came back to comment to me that she “learned something new” with that info about it being relaxing in a massage. So, the receptionist openly judged me and treated me like a crackhead over legal medicine, and because of her own ignorance and lack of education on it. I would never feel comfortable returning to this specific location ever again.

The reception area was clean, everyone was very warm and welcoming, and I loved that they offered me something to drink while I was waiting! My massage was also perfect and relaxing.

Susan gave me an amazing massage, that was the highlight for me. My facial was very good and my skin looked and felt great after. Can’t wait to come again

All of the staff and therapists have always been friendly and professional. I’ve been a member for over five years and hope to become a member again after re-evaluating my finances. This has been one of the only things I do for myself and it’s been nothing but fantastic and relaxing. Thank you!
