I loved the environment right when I walked in. The receptionist was super kind and friendly offered me and my mom water. She also offered a warm neck pillow while I waited for my appointment. Emily was super sweet and she made my first ever facial a great and relaxing experience. My mom also loved her first ever facial. Super relaxing and our skin felt and looked great, it’s just too expensive for us to get a membership right now.

The only inconvenience was having to reschedule for later in the day due to the therapist being unavailable. I do understand that happens though!

The overall ambiance and the friendliness of the staff along with getting a great massage make this a highly satisfiable experience.

The people working at the reception desk are always extremely friendly. Emily is incredible & always suggests the treatments that my skin would benefit from AND how much it will cost. The entire experience is very relaxing.

I go to the same massage therapist- she understands my condition and is very knowledgeable

I was able to get an appointment the following day after straining my back. This was a big help so I didn't have to be in extreme pain for a long time. The app was easy to use to book the appointment. At first I tried to get a longer appointment time, but nothing was available, so I just started over with shorter times and found a couple. Marlene listened and verified where my pain was and what it was doing and was able to decrease it a lot. It's nice being able to do add on services once treatment is started, such as the peppermint oil to help with the muscle relaxation. I felt so much better and was in way less pain.

The therapist was attentive, clean environment. Just right

It was an all well experience for my first time. And I highly recommend anyone to go there. I left feeling way better then when I walked it
