Great hotel

Prior to my stay at this location, I'd stayed at the one in Kerrville, TX & in Ft. Stockton, TX. I wasn't as pleased with my stay at this location in Van Horn as I had been with the other 2 locations... It just wasn't as nice as the other 2.. The room did seem to be somewhat renovated, but not with the same quality as the other 2 had been. The mattress was really not comfortable and the pillows were pretty flat/seemed to be pretty old & like it was past their time to be replaced.

The employee was friendly and polite. Our room was clean and the motel convenient to I-10. Restaurants are close by. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Thankfully we had brought some. The bed was a bit hard and one electric outlet didn't work. All said, we would stay here again.
