This was a good quality massage, and my masseuse was very aware of what I requested. She was kind, patient, and understood what I was looking for.

Julia, who did my facial, was very knowledgeable and I was very comfortable with her. She explained each step as she went along.

I thought the front desk and the Aesthetician were terrific. My only issue was that the aethetician used rubber gloves for most of the service and that didn't feel good. She may be protecting her hands but I feel a massage and other parts of the service should be with bare hands to give the best experience. If there are harsh chemicals etc. I get it. Erika my usual therapist is FANTASTIC. If she leaves I will leave. The rest of the experience I could take or leave especially since there is a Massage Envy closer to me. During recent construction at Hoboken location there was a lot of noise during daytime appts and we weren’t given notice or option to rebook. I wrote a note to management and never heard back.The waiting area was dusty. The front door was dirty. They also let Maggie the experienced, friendly, and successful at sales (and filling empty appt slots proactively) manager go. There are always new faces at the desk now. I don’t feel known or recognized as a long time member.

My repeated appointment times in the past were never available and the staff (massage) were usually not great. Thankfully my last masseuse was very good (Christina)

Friendliness of staff, and I love my esthetician. I make my appointments on a regular basis with the same esthetician.
