The receptionist did her best to check me in and she was polite and enthusiastic. I had to complete the questionnaire on the Ipad, but online it said I only had to do that if I hadn't been there in last 6 months. So I was confused. I do think more than many places these days that your cleanliness/safety is WAY more than lip service. Good job. Just to let you know, the ONLY reason we come to Hoboken Hand and Stone and are members is for Bernard. His talents as a therapist make it worthwhile. We appreciate the care you take to keep us safe there. And we appreciate the cleanliness and proactive temperature taking and masking. The massage bed is crisp and clean. And the clean bathrooms reflect very well on the care you take. Thank you

My experience at the Hoboken location was great. Booked over the phone quickly and easily. Once I arrived I waited maybe five minutes before Ana came to get me. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. I will be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.
