Massage therapist had a great technique and really focused on what I needed. Even though I came late he stayed to the last minute to make sure I had a great massage.

The staff was super friendly and the therapist was very conscious of checking in with me throughout the massage. The receptionists were really knowledgeable about the membership program. The space was clean and relaxing, I look forward to coming back.

Martha was amazing - she explained every step, what she identified as my problem areas and how she'd help with them, and her recommendations for products to use moving forward. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Bernard is fantastic! He always focuses on the most important areas.

I am a member of hand and stone, so I’ve been to several outside my own spa, and not all have been pleasant visit but I must say I was pleased with this visit.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone and the esthetician made me feel comfortable and was highly knowledgeable of all the products and she knew exactly which products to recommend for my skin. I will definitely be coming back next month for a facial with Katty.

Every time I'm there, every single employee is so kind and welcoming. From reception to the member giving the services. Facial, massage etc. Love coming in and am very happy that I am a member.

I have not had a facial or massage since pre-pandemic due to health concerns. The staff was accommodating and made me feel at ease.
