My only complaint is the multiple texts and emails to confirm the appointment. Isn’t one text or email enough?

I was very satisfied with my massage experience. I didn't wait long, everything was safe and clean and my massage was fantastic!

The esthetician was great. She did a wonderful job. Explained each step. Facial made me feel rejuvenated.

My facial specialist answered all of my questions. After we went through the products that would be best for my face. I felt like she was being honest with product suggestions and I appreciate that!

The staff here is great! I come here specifically to see Tatiana. It takes me about an hour because I moved but it’s worth it. My only issue is that my membership was started in a different state and they did not handle Covid right in my opinion. They continued to charge me every month versus pausing my membership even though the country was shut down. I am also a member somewhere else and they handled it right!

Great massage; wish it were longer!

I was very satisfied with my massage appointment yesterday at Hand and Stone Hoboken! My massage therapist (Sandra) was very knowledgable and did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable to be there by first going through all of the cleaning and sanitization protocols being taken with me, which I greatly appreciated. I will be back monthly!
