Martha has such a professional touch when providing facials. It's relaxing and the music is also very pleasant and relaxing. She also is very professional in her verbal communications and how she presents the services. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does and her getting excited over the improvements she can see in my skin makes me get excited too! She is always in a good mood and with a huge smile on her face. What can I say, she's a professional gem! The receptionist was new so I won't go into too much detail but not sure if she should have been by herself with what limited knowledge she seemed to have and also didn't seem that good with math.
