Overall, a much needed and lovely experience. When I started your survey I incorrectly chose buttons on the far left when I meant to check Highly Satisfied. It was a visual mistake so I stopped. I recommend having a back button so people can go back and change their selections.

Noel is fantastic, he really focused on my problem areas and does a great deep tissue massage

Staff is friendly and accommodating. I try to book my facial appointments with the same esthetician, Martha each visit because she’s amazing. Location is clean

My massage was fantastic. Veronica is a great masseuse. Though as I previously mentioned, I was convinced to add on stones, which I don’t feel like should always be a thing. The classic massage should be substantial enough.
