The address on your website and communications is not accurate. It says 1400 Hudson St, Hoboken. It is actually on 15th Street, not Hudson Street, so I spent 10 minutes walking back and forth trying to find entrance. I told receptionist who seemed uninterested in this feedback. Would be so easy for you to note the location of the entrance being on a different street and fix this issue.

I was in the room for less than an hour. I wish i got a full hour from the time i am taken out of the reception room until the time my massage is complete.

I broke out after my treatment which was discouraging. However, I hope that if I continue to come this will subside.

The waiting room is small and crowded for people checking in/out and there is huge area of products that just makes it cluttered

There was no parking and therfore I was late but still charged the same amount of money for an appointment that was cut 15 minutes short.

Would prefer easier experience booking online. Also would like to have an option to concentrate the full time on my sore points. I was taken a little late for my appt and was dismissed earlier.

I would say that I was very satisfied with my experience. I was a little confused when trying to book the appointment with a gift card, but it was fairly easy to figure out.

The front desk staff were very pushy on trying to sell the membership. The massage therapist used so much oil - it was dripping off me at times

I am satisfied with the business. There have been times where the products provided were expired.

The steam in the facial room was not working. Aesthetician stated it is a switch not a timer and may or may not work. It did not work and no attempt to make it work or offer compensation was made. Facial was great but without steam I would have chosen to reschedule.
