I was satisfied, but not highly satisfied given that the overall price of what I had paid for was higher than I expected

What is the real difference between satisfied and highly satisfied? I’m either satisfied or not. It’s like saying something is very unique. It’s just unique.

Some facialist talk too much and work less.. I would like the facialist to focus on the face rather than talking.

It is satisfactory. I sometimes just want a bit more luxury… ambience of the room etc.

The receptionist asked me over and over again before my massage to sign up for a membership. It was at least three times and when I said I really did not want to because it was impossible to get an appointment with the person I wanted I was told I should call next time because they have more appointments. It was very stressful and I was there to de-stress. I told him and he didn’t seem to care and again asked if I wanted to purchase a membership.

I was pretty sore and when I left the soreness went away. I love the aroma therapy. I’m just really into self care. The ambiance is a nice touch.

I wish there were earlier appointments (9am) or weekend availability. Massage therapist was great just prenatal massages in general only allow light pressure.

My esthetician was wonderful and kind. Talked a tad too much during the appointment, minimizing the relaxing factor I was hoping for. The woman at the front desk wasn't super personable and seemed to be rude to my esthetician which I didn't like.

The most recent massage I had was great, my favorite that I’ve gotten there and I will book with that therapist again. In the past I’ve had some other massages that were really painful, felt hasty or like the therapist was trying to upsell me on services.
