I was completely unaware that the monthly membership price was being raised until it was deducted from my bank account. I’m upset that my favorite massage therapist is back out on medical leave and my appointment was canceled the morning of, less than 4 hours prior. I then made this facial appointment due to the cancellation.

I am highly satisfied with my facial experience but my massages not always. the facialist I like only has hours during the work week and work hours which prevents me from going more often. I have a ton of rewards points I didn’t even know were a thing either until recently. I wish this location had waxing as well.

Add ons we’re added to my facial without me being told how much they Aeolus cost. The add ins were twice as much as the original service. If the esthetician had told me the dollar amount or that it would more than wipe out all of my credits I would have. Said no thankyou. When I got to the counter to pay and reviewed my receipt I was shocked by how expensive the add ons were. I felt like I had been tricked and it really ruined what would have been a nice day. I usually get massages and this has never happened with a massage. The add ons alone were 180 the facial was 69. She never told me the prices of what she was adding because I wouldn’t have agreed to it.
