I felt like the time was short. I arrived at 6:35 for a 630 appointment and the massage ended at 720

Great experience - however I booked a 60 minute stone massage and it was around 45 minutes total as we started late and finished early. I’d recommend using and adhering to a timer to make sure it’s the full time reserved.

The Hand and Stone website states that masks are optional for vaccinated guests, however they are still requiring them. When I asked why I was told it was because of corporate which I know is not true based on the website and me having gone to other locations that didn’t require them. Then I was told it’s a regulation in NJ which is also not true because the Massage Envy 3 blocks away doesn’t require them.

The only thing thing I would change was the music. It was not very calming. I was also in the first room which was a bit loud being near the bathroom

I feel like I was rushed into it. They called numerous times to confirm an appointment and it was annoying. The therapist was nice but the pressure was too rough sometimes and told me to “breath through it”.

I noticed there were hairs on the linens of the massage table that kind of grossed me out

Nilda, my massage therapist, did not stop talking about all topics which includes war, money, and her whole life story. Very nice person, but I was not looking for that during my massage to relax. More importantly, my fiance went in later that day (Roey Shaked) and he told her about his back problems and that he's going to a chiropractor to help and she said that "he's stealing her money" (He referring to chiropractor) and getting aggressive about it. Roey told her he did not want to talk about it anymore as it made him feel uncomfortable.

Staff friendly. But, most important, masseuse Gabby gave me an effective trigger point massage.

I would like better ambiance in the room. Relaxing music, nice scent, and more sound proofing from hallway noise.

I wish I didn’t have to keep my mask on during my service but understand we’re still in a pandemic. I could hear the conversation in the room next door to me, it seemed quite loud which was distracting. At one point the stone put on my back was way too hot and felt like it was burning so had to ask the therapist to remove it.
