Wearing a mask during a massage is not relaxing. Felt like I was suffocating, had to breathe through my mouth. Therapist also only massaged while I was on my stomach

I wish there was a more private waiting area for multiple services. I don’t feel inclined to do future multiple services if I wait in a hallway or common room in a robe. It’s more of a “get a quick massage” feel than a spa.

I was asked to confirm my appointment twice via text message, once should be sufficient. I completed the required documentation through my phone but was told upon arrival that the waiver documentation did not go through so I needed to do it again. She told me this is normal and happens when people complete it on their phone so should be fixed or we should be instructed to complete online

Overall disappointment with your business model. You should not have continued to charge membership and service fees during covid closures. I have so many packages built up. You should at least allow us to purchase products with our packages and/or temporarily forgo the transfer charge if we want to transfer packages to family.
