Too much noise from neighboring rooms. Weren’t able to relax. Occurred during most of the appointment.

Despite explaining the front-desk lady that I was charged already for service she wanted to do it again. I got charged two times and refunded after.

I did not like the massage therapists techniques. She barely applied pressure even when I asked her to apply more. She didn’t ask about my problem areas. And she honestly had weird techniques.. a lot of odd tapping and just rubber her arm up and down my body parts

The massage was good. The massage therapist was very friendly and professional. I have had a good experience not great. Perhaps, it's just my opinion.

I think the description of the add on on the website was unclear. Cupping is a well know service, but when i read decompression, I understood it as traction. My shoulders were very tense and feel better but i may benefit more from purely deep tissue ...

My appointment started 15 mins late but still ended at the same set time, so it was cut short by 15 mins. It was 45 mins instead of 1 hour and felt a bit rushed. I did appreciate the quality of the service and liked the esthetician.

Too much talking during my session. Did not allow for me to relax. I don’t need to know about how long you’ve been in the business I wanted fo relax in quiet.

After speaking to the front desk around the membership costs and how packages are used, I was eventually "I don't know". The package is confusing for customers and even employees. I pay $74 for a package of $69 ($10 fee for package; $59,95 for actual package). I used two packages and that covered the full service with a left over amount of $20. Instead of having the $20 for future use, I lose it. When addressing it with the front-desk, they too could not explain why or how the packages are consumed.

My experience was totally fine and was what I expected. However anything you could do to create more of an experience of a high end spa for a great price would be great!
