I like how easy it is to book, to pay, and I feel the employees are knowledgeable

I've been to this location before and have always been satisfied but the massage yesterday left me not satisfied. The entire massage was not based off of soothing but more pushing and pulling techniques. When it came to the legs, it was all stretching my legs out, but not massaging them. I was most disappointed at the end when I never flipped over to the other side. Additionally, there was a fan blowing the whole time. I was very cold and made this clear but nothing was changed.

I think the room could have been a bit more catered to a relaxing ambiance. Perhaps using real candles or an oil diffuser would be nice. Also the bin that says "Soiled" on it could have been labeled something else so it didn't feel so dirty. It would have been nice to have the lights remain low after the massage as well.

I enjoyed the experience, overall it was a great massage by a skilled massage therapist. There could be improvement with professionalism. I'm fine with starting a little late but no one acknowledged it, and the massage room could have been a little less cluttered. I prefer a quiet massage but there was a lot of technical conversation during it. I appreciate her enthusiasm and knowledge, but on a Saturday night I am just looking to relax. It felt clinical and rushed. But again it was a very good massage.

I signed up through the website for a 60 minute massage, then in the store it's marketed as a 50 minute massage, and then with the time I had to wait for my therapist it ended up only being a 45 minute massage. I shouldn't have to pay full price for a 60 minute massage (which is how it was marketed when I purchased) and get 15 minutes less than that

Overall it was a great experience. I recommend several beverages available while waiting. Also, I recommend that the rooms have a place to store clothing- closet or basket.

The facial was great, however there were two times during the facial where I had a mask treatment happening and the facialist did not do anything. Usually they give a neck/shoulder or hand massage while you wait for masks to work. So I was disappointed that I instead just laid there with nothing happening for a chunk of my facial time.

Enjoy the ambiance of the hand and stone and the massage for relaxation. However, I think the aromatherapy should be offered before the massage or as a benefit of being a member.

The dermal infusion facial is great. My skin looks fantastic. My aesthetician was super friendly and wonderful to have treat me.
