I wish I had been notified I would be required to wear a mask during my appointment prior to arriving.

It ran about 10 minutes late as we started behind time a bit. I was also hoping to see products priced better.

Prior to this appointment, my appointment was cancelled twice

Prior to my appointment I was emailed a confirmation with links to complete the required forms online. While filling out the covid form, it stated very clearly that masks were optional for fully vaccinated people. Because of this I did not bring one with me as I have been fully vaccinated since April. When I walked in I was immediately told I needed one. When I explained why I didn’t bring one with me I was handed a box of masks and told to put one on. I then went onto the hand and stone website for the specific location where I was and it also stated that masks are optional if you are fully vaccinated. When I told the woman behind the desk this I was told to enjoy my massage.

Appointments always start late and end early or exactly on time. I book 60 mins to get 60 mins. Everyone is always annoyed when I ask how much longer when it’s already 5 mins past my appointment time.

Masks were required to wear during service even though I filled out a form that said you did not have to wear one if vaccinated. Hard to relax when you can’t breathe.

I came in for a microdermabrasion facial. The lady did not do the microdermabrasion but rather did a brightening treatment and nuface. I was constantly being upsold the whole time. The product pushes were totally an inauthentic sales tactic. She recommended i come back in 2 weeks for a microdermabrasion. I will not be coming back
