Only issue I had is when I have had facial, while my skin is prepping they usually massage shoulders, hands etc. this time I just sat for like 5-10 minutes with nothing happening. It was weird

I did not want to have to fill in another form when I arrived for my appointment. I had to use an iPAD given to me by the receptionist, and I would have preferred to do it at home or not have to do it at all, since I've completed the form a few times before. It wasn't a COVID form, it was a form asking about what my goals were for the massage, and I was getting a facial.

I was only notified while en route that my facial was cancelled. I didn’t see any missed calls and if there was, I still had no voicemail or email cancellation notifications. Only email and text confirmations for my appointment.

I felt like there wasn’t enough pressure on the areas I asked to be focus on. I was dissatisfied with the attention and relief. However, the massage therapist found new areas to focus on based on necessity.

Prior to appointment, I waited outside - it was too busy with not enough staff available to help check people in (on a cold day).

Several attempts at upselling during the consultation and during check out
