Made me wait too long for my appointment

Too much pressure. I said to work on Lower back and shoulders. She did so with relaxed pressure. But then for no reason went very firm on my neck and my neck aches now and sensitive to the touch.

Overall I am highly satisfied.

Katty was so nice and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable. Overall a great experience!

Starting late and ending early is frustrating for the time frame even when I come early, I expect to start on time.

The massage I was not happy with. I had expressed some problem areas ahead of time to focus on but didn’t realize the massage therapist would ONLY focus on those areas, which meant they spent the whole 50minutes on just those parts of the body when I was expecting a full body Massage. Before I knew it, time was up and he had not got to the rest of my body. He also applied too much pressure to certain areas when I had expressed that it did not feel right. My muscles felt overworked at that point.

It's a bit expensive but I was satisfied with the services.

There was a hamper of soiled laundry in the room and the fan was behind the soiled laundry bin possibly blowing the germs around.

Was not offered any add ons to my appointment. Not getting my full dollars of my membership as massage is less than my monthly payment

The amount paid for the services did not give me satisfaction because I feel was treated well by the Aesthetic nurse but not the treatment
