Hand and Stone

I have had a membership now for a few years. I must say, it is always a delightful experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I am greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

First visit at hand & stone. From the moment we arrived & until we left we felt comfortable & all staff were very professional. We were please with the look & feel of the facility. Missy & Rachel did a fantastic job making sure to exceed our expectations.

The Customer Service is amazing, The two people who did my massage and my facial were very attentive and super kind. I felt very welcome and at ease being in the office.

My therapist took the time to ask me specific questions relating to my tightness, headaches, etc. She offered options to help relieve my pain and stiffness. She explained what she was doing and her recommendations were great. I felt so much better after my visit and scheduled another appointment for DeeDee in 2 weeks. She's very personable, friendly and professional. She really cares about the patient/client.
