I have been highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience each time I visit. The reception area has always been calming and relaxing. Most of the receptionists have been friendly and Shawnee, my esthetician, is absolutely amazing. She is prompt, friendly, kind, encouraging and knowledgeable.

This location is always welcoming and appointments are always on time. My massage therapist was amazing. The only issue I have is that if you have credits from previous months, they will take a full credit if you want to add an enhancement (hot stones, Himalayan stones, CBD oil) which it cost less unless you use it for two enhancements!
