Therapist was very knowledgeable with my problem areas. Addressed the issues. Gave me advice to help with the knots.

First, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Then Alexa was pleasant and easy to talk to. I was very comfortable with her and enjoyed my facial very much.

I personally do not remember the name of my massage therapist.. maybe Jessica. Not because she was bad but because she was AMAZING. The entire time she made great conversation. Obviously I initiated the conversation because I love to chat. She was kind to my in all ways possible. I would come back just to have another great conversation with someone as kind and intelligent as her. The massage was incredible too!

The therapist worked well to alleviate the discomfort I was feeling when I came in. She worked quickly, but I didn’t feel that she was rushing. Therapist was very knowledgeable.

I’ve been coming to hand and stone for many years and I enjoy the massages or facials I get monthly. I started going to the Conroe location when they opened and I’ve well taken care of and feel amazing after each session. The staff is very friendly and amazing!

Kristin always does a great job of making me feel 100% better. She listens to my comments on where I am feeling pain or tightness and focuses on those areas.
