Hand and Stone

I used to see Michelle for my facials and she has moved to another location. I was given Alicia’s name as the esthetician I should try. I really appreciate the recommendation and I’ve made another appointment to go see her again.

Really enjoyed my facial. My aesthetician did a great job and my face felt great!!!

I really enjoy visiting Hand and Stone on a regular basis. This was my mom's first visit and she was totally amazed and satisfied with her Facial and Message. I have been a member for one year now and have enjoyed each and every visit.

The service was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was a clean place as well. I was in a lot of pain when I went to the massage and after a day I am back to normal.

I am a member and really enjoy this Hand and Stone. I have had several different massage therapists over the course of my membership. The one I had on Saturday was my least favorite. Nothing really specific I can put my finger on. She didn't do anything wrong. I just prefer some of the other therapists better. My appointment was scheduled for noon but I wasn't taken back to the room until 12:10. My massage therapist didn't come into my room until 12:15. I know typically massages stop 10 minutes before the hour. I was concerned that my massage would be stopped at 12:50 since it was supposed to be done by 1. As it turned out, I did get the full amount of time for my massage. My husband also had a noon massage that day with Felisha. He has seen her before and has had good experiences every time he's gone. He ended up having to wait on me for 10-15 minutes after his appointment was over. Not too big of a deal but it would have been better if my appointment would have started on time.

Very friendly staff. My therapist is friendly and knowledgeable on what I need. She helps me with everything I ask for.

It was one of the best massages that I have ever had. Perfect amount of pressure. I think that I have found the only masseuse that I will use in the future.
