Very friendly staff. Waiting room was very welcoming. Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable about a rosacea facial and kept me relaxed and comfortable.

I think Felysha did a great job. Not only was she a wonderful massage therapist, but she also took time out of her day to discuss recommendations for getting my partner, who has a disability, in for a massage that would help her. She also was very quiet during the massage itself, which I needed, as someone who talks for a living.

Everyone was so professional, it was a great relaxing experience. Everyone was also so helpful.

This is the first time I have had a facial. The room was comfortable and my wrap was warm! I realized this experience was something I should have monthly so I signed up for a membership.

Luis is awesome! Very talented & knowledgeable. I’ve had major back surgery & his techniques have helped me more than anyone else’s. And I’ve been to a lot of massage therapists before!

The receptionist is always knowledgeable and friendly, and helpful, and is good about remembering past visits and informing me of upcoming specials. The therapist questioned me about my specific needs, the amount of pressure I preferred and helped me select an "add on" that I specifically wanted (and with which I was REALLY PLEASED). She was very knowledgeable. I will be requesting Meredith again. And I'm looking forward to my next appointment. I also plan to go back for a facial in the near future.

I used a gift certificate for the first visit I have had with Hand & Stone. I was given two gifts---massage and facial, but only got the massage. I look forward to returning for a facial. It was a pleasant experience and it is likely that this will be my "go to" place for facials and massages.
