The receptionist worked very hard to fit me into the schedule as I was delayed getting to my appointment.

This was my first experience with a massage. I absolutely loved Wendy. Everyone was amazing. My only complaint is I filled out my intake on line and when I got there I was told they had not received it. Because I was already late ( from getting lost) this cut away my time. The staff was super helpful with my form trying everything they could to get me in quickly. It is not a staff issue but a technology problem. I live in spring and would drive to Conroe again because of how pleasant everyone there was to me. I have already told others about my great experience.

Staff is wonderful. I have had Katherine before. She is awesome. She even reviewed notes from our last session which was shortly after a knee operation. Only one of two masseuse that I've ever had that can massage my feet without tickling me.

I enjoyed my time there and signed up as a member. Loved the massage I received.

The atmosphere was very friendly and serene from start to finish. The massage itself was thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable. The massage therapist is so kind and always takes her time to listen and work on particular aches/pains.

I’ve always loved the service and location. Very friendly. I will be cancelling my membership, only b/c I’ve been furloughed w/o pay since Jan. I need to keep a tighter budget for now. Once I have a job again, I will be looking to renew.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The associate who gave my massage asked for my preferences and honored them. The massage was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back. I normally go the the stores closer to where I live, but I will be driving the extra miles for the outstanding service at this spa!

The time slot was available. The Employees were not pushy The staff therapist were very professional and helpful

I like hand and stone because it doesn't cost alot. And the therapist i go to he knows what to do. And i don't wait alot in the lobby.
