Jill is amazing. She is knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I truly feel like she is a friend now that I get to see once a month. Lainey at the front desk is also happy, welcoming and gets to know you! Love them both!

I was highly satisfied with my esthetician Jill at my recent appointment. However, I was a member of your monthly program. I made 3 Or 4 massage appointments over as many months and every appointment was cancelled. Two were cancelled while I was driving to my appointment. I had a massage scheduled yesterday in addition to my facial that was cancelled also. I booked these appointments to use 2 of the 4 credits that I had built up due to appointment cancellations. I attempted to get gift cards for my two remaining credits to give to my daughters but apparently that is against policy. While I was satisfied with my service, I am highly disappointed in the business practice of hand and stone. I feel that I was ripped off with the monthly membership and would not recommend to anyone.

From the front desk staff to my massages with Debbie, everyone is amazing! I look forward to my appointments because of all the great experiences I've had. I will continue to keep going!
