The massage therapist does a great job of focusing on the areas specified. It is a very relaxing and pain relieving experience. I like the option of getting a silent massage.

Michelle was very knowledgeable in my concerns. She addressed them And asked questions to make sure she understood my needs. She offered suggestions and tips for following my massage.

I have gone to Stephan for years. He listens to me as I tell him where I need extra help in each visit. Sometimes it is my neck. Sometimes my mid or lower back. He is always professional and makes my appointment relaxing and beneficial to my tight muscles.

Nick was hands down AMAZING. Quite possibly the best massage I've ever had, and he really focused in on an issue I was having in my shoulder and saved me weeks of pain. I've been singing his praises since to everyone I know.

Everything was absolutely lovely with the exception of the receptionist who was not on brand. Is it related to everything else going on at the spa. I love the services that are offered and I think it’s a great value.

I have seen 3 therapists (I think) since I began coming to Hand & Stone. Two of the 3 helped to alleviate pain I was having, with the latest experience with Nick being the best. I have zero pain in my neck, and only soreness from the massage, which I expected due to the service I requested. I intend to return to his schedule and have recommended my husband try the service as well. I also purchase water flavorings and the receptionist was very acclimated with the product and gave great advice - I love the products I purchased.
