I have been very pleased with my facials. The massages were ok. Nothing unique or special. I was dissatisfied having trouble scheduling after work with appointments. I need to adjust my budget so I may have to cancel my membership until the economy turns around. This is a Luxury budget.

Everything went smoothly and my massage therapist was very knowledgeable about the products and about the aftercare needed after my massage was done.
