Kim was a very knowledgeable and friendly esthetician. She represent Hand & Stone very well. Very professional.

Very satisfied with therapist, reception area. However, very, very disappointed and unhappy about a "free" massage going from 7,000 points to 20,000 points. That is very close to TRIPLE the points needed, yet EARNING the points did NOT triple. This has now become a very unfair system. The earning and redeeming should be EQUAL and balanced. A very BAD decision by corporate and the locations are getting a lot of backlash and unhappy clients.

I have been satisfied with 4/5 services I have received at Hand & Stone. The employees are all very kind and knowledgeable. The ambiance, scents, and flavored water give a soothing experience.

Carmen is an AMAZING masseuse, just wish she had more availability (more days and later times).
