I have been going to hand and stone for years and I love it. I now see Kacia and she is amazing, always so friendly and very knowledgable. This latest massage was one of the best I've ever had. I always give H&S gift cards for gifts and will continue to do so.

I feel comfortable with my whole visit. My facial with Monica was wonderful and I have already made my appointment for the next time.

I appreciate the therapist being on time, I like that she listened to my concerns about certain areas that give me pain and not to focus on them.

This was my first visit and it most definitely will not be my last! I can honestly say my experience with the licensed esthetician Kim Weyeneth was phenomenal!! She did such a thorough, relaxing, and fun facial for My Birthday! I would highly recommend her for anyone needing a facial but please say an appointment for me!

I am always highly satisfied with Sarah's massage! Unfortunately, this appointment was supposed to be 1 1/2 hours. My first 1 1/2 hour massage since having my hip replaced. When I checked in, I was informed it was only an hour. NOT HAPPY! I booked multiple appointments in person quite some time ago. The person who booked my appointment did not do so correctly. There is really no way to fix this problem. AND this is the second time it has happened.
