This was my first visit and it most definitely will not be my last! I can honestly say my experience with the licensed esthetician Kim Weyeneth was phenomenal!! She did such a thorough, relaxing, and fun facial for My Birthday! I would highly recommend her for anyone needing a facial but please say an appointment for me!

I am always highly satisfied with Sarah's massage! Unfortunately, this appointment was supposed to be 1 1/2 hours. My first 1 1/2 hour massage since having my hip replaced. When I checked in, I was informed it was only an hour. NOT HAPPY! I booked multiple appointments in person quite some time ago. The person who booked my appointment did not do so correctly. There is really no way to fix this problem. AND this is the second time it has happened.

I’m not going to write three sentences, but will say that I have always had good experiences at this Hand & Stone. Staff is professional and courteous, and it’s always clean.

The front desk/reception staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help or solve any problems. My massage therapist, Nichole, knows my body and what I need each visit. She works on the needed areas and I feel much better afterward. The facility is always clean and inviting.
