My experience getting a massage was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Jamie is an asset to this location. I am sorry to hear she will be leaving after next month. She goes above and beyond to address my areas that need attention as well as assisting other staff with the checkout process and use of gift cards. I appreciate the attention to detail and safety during covid but miss the hot towels that used to be a part of care.

Nina is highly competent. She is friendly and works with care.

As usual, my massage with Willy was wonderful and relaxing! He always takes the time to check in with me to see if I have any problem areas or places to avoid. Willy explains everything thoroughly and is definitely the main reason I return to this Hand and Stone branch!

Daisy at the front desk is wonderful - very friendly and pleasant. Jaime is an incredible masseuse - knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have gotten many massages over the years at varying types of facilities and Jaime gives one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Greeted with friendly hello upon entering. Facility is immaculate. Anesthetician addressed my concerns and offered products to help. Skin was noticeably brighter and cleaner. Upgraded to microdermabrasion and glad I did. Would love to see more modern equipment being used in the near future.

I have coming for three months. The service is always performed well and in time. I do thing this location needs more staff and massage therapists.

i like the every other month contract....it is not too frequent, but keeps me on schedule to take care of my skin
