Danielle my massage therapist concentrated totally on me and my needs. I did not experience her being absent minded nor was she thinking of anything but my pain and my needs. I highly recommend her. the only thing i would change is how frequently the front desk staff tried to up sell me on other products and to spend more money.

The employees were very patient and knowledgeable about different skin types. Linda was fabulous and knew what to do for someone with sensitive skin. I will be back because of her service! Can’t wait!

The receptionists have always been welcoming and delightful every time i have visited the spa and i am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. My Massage Therapist, Michael, is excellent! He is knowledgeable and professional. I always leave the spa relaxed and with the aches and pains significantly reduced if not completely eliminated. Michael is my first choice each an every time I visit.

Service was great!

Loved the service, I just felt like my esthetician although very good was a bit too pushy on selling me upgrades and products. I understand that’s their job and being offered is one thing but being constantly offered feels like I’m just being squeezed for money. The esthetician need to find the line between offering an upgrade and hard selling. I elected to upgrade on two things during my treatment and she still kept pushing for more! Although the upgrades were great, if I need to add so many things to a service then maybe the service itself isn’t so good? Please pass the message on to your staff to find an approriate and realistic balance on sales.

My massage therapist, Andrea was AMAZING! She listened to what I needed and delivered just that. Nina gave me a great massage and was very knowledgeable on what my skin needed. She recommended additional treatments without being too pushy.

Great massage. Addressed all my concerns. Room was very cold and wasn’t able to be regulated.

My visit was amazing. All of the staff that I interacted with were so friendly. My service was great. The wax was fast and pretty painless. I will be coming back!

I felt that the experience was very personal. Tovah made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. She spent slot of time going over s skin routine with me after the facial was over.
