I am so pleased with the massages and facials. The personnel are so pleasant and professional. I have been several times and will continue going on a routine basis. I have referred Hand and Stone to numerous people. And, the good part, is I live 2 doors down from Hand and Stone!

The Esthetician was highly skilled and really wanted to improve my “problem areas” she went above and beyond durning my service. She made me feel comfortable and at ease even discussing my problem skin. She did a great job and I really looking forward to receiving another facial from her.

My experience was great. I think that during this visit the music playing in the spa was a little dated.

The ambiance could have been a little better. More relaxing smell in the room.

They cancelled my massage appointment in the spot. If ut were reversed and I cancelled on the spot, I would have been charged. I only got my facial for the day.

I booked two appointments for a two hours massage. When I arrive at H&S, I was told that I had only an hour session. Thinking back, I should have protested more. I took the time to check availability on-line and book by phone so there will not be a mistake only to end up not getting what I want!!!!!

Had to pay for my last treatment but was promised that I will get one more treatment. I had a similar problem with you all around 3 years ago during your promotion in buy one get one free, we brought three and never received 3 free trestments

I tried booking on the website, but was not receiving the validation code. I had to resort to calling instead. During my appointment, my beautician did not explain what was being done. The lights were left on for half the session, so it was very bright and not very relaxing. She also did a poor job at the scalp massage - she basically just rubbed my head, didn't really massage it. She did do a great job at the blackhead extractions, but in general, I feel like I paid more than I should have for what I received.

While satisfied with the experience, the selected facial itself didn't provide the results I was seeking. That said, I plan to return for other services.
