The massage went well and I was satisfied with the experience. To rate it with the top rating (highly satisfied) would mean that my overall experience was “above and beyond” what I’ve received.

the beautician spoke too much. duration should be longer

I am satisfied with my experience. The only item I am not satisfied is that they do not have enough masseuse and it is hard to get an appointment when I need one. Very fully booked!

The protocol for the facials has totally changed. I think the quality has gone down in the past 6 months. Less time on extractions and spa-quality treatments like LED and massage and more time sitting in face masks.

The aesthetician was very forceful in pushing upgrades on me for extra money.

I had a real problem with the payment

Employee who gave massage wore a madk throughout my time, but informed me she was not vaccinated for Covid. Therefore, I had to wear my mask the entire time. It was hard to breathe. I wanted to ask for a vaccinated but wasn’t sure if someone else was available.

The person giving me my facial kept on pushing treatments on me and was not proficient in english.

I enjoyed the face massage as well as the extra hand and foot massages. My esthetician was very competent. I was in and out on time even with all the extras I added.
