I booked for an hour massage but they only lasted 45 minutes for the massage. Felt I was cheated. Felt massage was too quick.

I am irritated , itchy and sensitive to the eye product I purchased. I called to return it the next day. I didn't open it. I don't want to use this product bc of my negative reaction to it. This was used during my facial.

I was very relaxed. I felt my skin was so much cleaner. The staff was very friendly.

There were no problems the massuse was very personable and through. I could change the response to highly satisfied. I had a great experience.

Overall the visit was OK. I was there for a facial as a gift from my friend, but because i didn't add anything extra or take the suggestion of what I should get, the esthetician said the facial wouldn't do anything to help my face. I mean she was nice at the end and said my face looked great, but I'm sure she sensed that I ignored her comments to me.

I am the type of person that needs a little bit of conversation in order to relax. It was kind of hard for me to stay quiet and relax. My mind was going crazy with thoughts so a friendly conversation would've been appreciated. But that is just me. Other than that my experience was great.

While i was satisfied with my experiences felt my massage was rushed a bit. we started several mins after my scheduled time but was finished as if it was started on time. the stones needed for the massage weren't ready and i wasn't asked about any add ons. on the other hand, my therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and caught all the necessary tension spots. overall, i liked the place and him more than i didn't. i tipped and bought a gift card so i do intend on coming back.

The therapist kept talking during my massage and I wasn’t able to relax and enjoy. She was telling me about her personal life and trying to get me as a side client. Would have preferred for a nice quiet relaxing massage without conversation during

I had trouble with filling out the forms online. It was not the easiest to navigate, and I consider myself to be technologically savvy.

The appointments are so short, so I find it difficult to be patient when the front desk takes a while to check people in, because they are dealing with customers who are paying and have many questions about their bill. Also, I find it ridiculous that all the facial options are not available online, so I have to book over the phone. I also find the facial upgrades misleading so I am always paying for 2 things (sensitive skin led and sensitive skin upgrade) when I think I have only consented to 1. I think the add ons should be clearly stated in writing with the prices. The way it is now is very sneaky. And I by no means think the esthetician was trying to be sneaky.
