Had Conflicting answers when I asked about the air circulation in the rooms. I am over 65 and feel that maybe it is not a safe enough environment for me to continue

I gave the receptionist money for the parking meter as is past practice. She set herself a timer that went off during the checkout process. I received a parking ticket. This added $30 to the cost of the massage and it’s the main reason I’m not likely to return.

There was no music in the room. The massage therapist spoke to me too much. She made me feel bad about my aches and said she was unable to help with the pain as it may be medical. I did not ask her opinion- I just wanted someone to give me a massage. The decision on how I choose to handle the pain is mine not hers.

I was very satisfied - I'm not sure why I'm being asked why I was not highly satisfied?

After having a great first time experience I encouraged my daughter to go with me on the 23rd. She was very disappointed. Her massage therapist was not professional and did not give a good massage. I am disappointed as well and therefore hesitate to recommend your place to anyone. I lucked out the first time I was there with a very good therapist and requested him again on the 23rd. And will use him going forward.

The reception area was very warm! A/c broken.... The women’s bathroom was dysfunctional! The imported spa music was extremely repetitive.

Everyone was ready for us when we got there. Everything was clean and my massage therapist continuously checked if pressure and heat levels were ok.

I didn’t see the results I wanted

I requested an appointment online and never heard back. After couple days, reached out by phone and service (2 hour massage) was not available at desired date/time. Requested another appointment for following week and dates/times not available for requested service.

The quality level of the different therapists widely vary and the best therapists are not available when convenient.
