Hand and Stone

Massage therapist didn't focus on specified areas as much as I would have wanted. Products were used but left me feeling greasy, even though a warm towel was used to get most of it off.

Enjoyed the cleanliness and ambience of the spa and friendliness of the staff.

I felt the stretching part could have been a bit better. Masseuse seemed a bit timid but was good at what they do.

While my massage therapist definitely concentrated on my areas of need, her pressure was a bit too hard, and she never asked whether that was ok. My back was immediately sore following the appointment.

Satisfied with worker named Alex. She is very nice and very knowledgeable about skin care. I can tell that she was very passionate about her job and that is why I trusted her.

I brought some friends and we were all accommodated together. Great beginning to our party. See you again soon.

I have been to Hand and Stone three times and each time the esthetician and I have had a different one each time, tried to sell me on more procedures than what I paid for up-front which was the classic facial. I felt pressured into adding on other procedures/buy products that I really believe are unnecessary. I think if this practice continues, I will try another facial spa.

The massage did not start on time although I was 15 minutes early. I indicated I wanted more pressure in my problem area but the pressure was the same throughout. Also, the therapist applied way too much oil during the massage and I left feeling soaked. Had to come home and take a shower.
