I’m a believer if we can always do better. But overall I’m pretty satisfied. I’m also still fairly new in my membership.

Therapist was not what I expected for the visit I felt more pain then relaxing.

I thought that the staff was very friendly. I thought that the massage therapist was friendly and he did a good job. I really like the peppermint scalp massage I recommend it.

Although a human error, a receptionist made an error with payment. However, the Manager was kind enough to take care of the error, immediately.

My experience was wonderful. The microdermabrasion that was recommended to me was amazing and I will definitely do it again. The LED light therapy felt like nothing was happening and I wish I hadn’t added it on, but overall amazing facial with good immediate results.

Love this place. I always have a relaxing experience.

This was my first experience with Hand & Stone. The staff was professional, but very friendly. The salon was clean and the massage table was amazing! Whoever thought of heated tables?! The technician that gave my massage was very good at checking in with me and did a great job. My experience was wonderful, but I'm not sure I got the right massage to relieve all of my pain associated with Psoriatic Arthritis. That is on me and is not a reflection of the service offered.

I would’ve liked more attention to specific need areas and boundaries. I still had a positive, relaxing experience overall, but I was hoping for more relief for back soreness and tension. I have sensitive feet and I didn’t enjoy that part of the massage. I plan to communicate more directly next time.
