My appointment began 10 minutes late so I only received a 40 minute massage. The receptionists were busy assisting other customers at the end so I didnt bring it up. My massage have should began on time or been extended to the full time once started late.

I would recommend keeping the bathroom more neat. Mirror was foggy and toilet top needed to be cleaner. It wasn’t disgusting but I could tell there were dried urine drops on it. I look into bathrooms always before using them.

The place itself is inviting and calming. The receptionist was new, so I completely understood her lack of knowledge when asking about the hair removal. I expected more out of the facial I received. It was ok.

I was satisfied with my first time visit. I would like the opportunity to become more familiar with the services and options as a client before giving a highly satisfied rating.

The Englewood New Jersey location was so amenable to my schedule I will go back I usually go the Ridgehill, Yonkers NY location and they are horrible with ready appointments, no same day walk in and the reception is always in chaos

I preferred the previous massage therapist and I felt she did a better job on my problem areas and the day after I felt the difference

I felt that the esthetician was trying to sell too much. I came in and wanted a few things but I felt I was being pushed to purchase more.

service itself is excellent and so is the facility. staff super friendly but not always familiar with spa related policy. all in all, i like it a lot so i will continue going.

Pleasant staff and good service level. Did upsell me but reasonable pricing so was an easy decision. Was satisfied by the results.

She asked in the beginning if I wanted to hear everything she was doing or if I wanted to just relax. She was very quiet when I asked to relax.
