All of the staff were friendly and professional. The spa itself is very.clean and well kept up.

The quality and friendliness of my massage therapist was great. I was also highly satisfied with the availability of appointments at this location. I've been to the Waukesha location in the past and they seemed to have less availability every time I went.

Stephanie is the best therapist asking all the right questions and giving good suggestions for self care. Desk staff are always attentive.

The overall visit was a wonderful experience. I was made comfortable and felt very relaxed. Stephanie asked about problem spots and made sure the pressure was appropriate.

The service was wonderful in every way, my reason of not being satisfied was being a first time customer and I had a promotional gift card that expired in December. Seeing as your business was closed, I wasn't able to use it during Covid and I was traveling for most of 2021. I have gift cards from businesses that went out of business but still gave product for the value of the gift cards. PROMOTIONAL Card means it's a way to promote your business, you failed when you refused to allow me to use it! Most places that had gift cards or passes, extended the time they could be used. I know it wasn't much value, but that's not the point! I enjoyed the skin care treatment and would have come back and highly recommended it on my Google review, but customer service starts and ends at your staff counter. I'll go elsewhere for my needs in the future.
