The customer service was super helpful, the associate Julianna took care of my every need and she did so in a polite yet timely manner.

I called the store before visiting and asked about an exchange from a bracelet purchased at a different store the night before. The assistant manager helped me and I went to the store in person and bought additional merchandise while there. The assistant manager was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as I spent a long time in the store looking at different merchandise. Because of her I did purchase additional merchandise. Her service was exceptional and I plan on returning soon and working with her again.

The store has beautiful displays, I love being able to view prices as well. The sales associate Jah who attended to us was super kind knowledgeable and culturally aware. I was making a purchase with my mother and we are bilingual in Spanish however Spanish is my moms first language and having an associate who is bilingual in out home language makes a huge difference and brought our experience to another level. Truly impressed and look forward to shopping here again soon!

I entered the store and was immediately greeted. I already knew the items I wanted. All were in stock and made the process in and out of the store in 15 minutes.

I really liked the diamond ring that I bought. Love the way that Pandora have different size of ring. I’m a size 9 and I found my. I also had the opportunity engraving my son name in a charm. I love going in store, because gives me the opportunity to look around so, I can try it before I buy it!
