i love going to your store and your sales people are very helpfull and friendly

The shopping experience i had was pretty good. I showed the sales associate screenshots of the charms I wanted from the online website, and they were found pretty quickly. My charms were boxed individually and the end result of the shopping bag and tissue paper was pretty and securely packaged.

The sales associate, Mayte, was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I told her I was looking for a 40th birthday gift for my best friend and what I was looking for specifically. She was GREAT!! She helped me find everything and more, as I only planned on buying certain things. I ended buying three more charms on top of what I originally wanted to.

Awesome customer service always have what i need, now my wife is staring a second bracelet , maybe a necklace for next year.

We went early, once they opened they let us right to where we needed to be and right away found what we wanted, they showed us how to put it on, and many other options. The employer was an amazing help! And great service. Due to COVID they had us stand somewhere specific which I find amazing because of how the situation is and before touching anything or entering we put some hand sanitizer. Amazing and can’t wait to come back and fill in my bracelet up with the prettiest charms!
