Very knowledgeable staff, variety of merchandise shown to me to choose from and the merchandise I ended up selecting was in stock.

Clean, helpful staff. Color coded made it easier to find all blue and silver. But felt the amount of items on display were down.

The reasons why I was highly satisfied with my experience with Pandora is that I felt comfortable. The sale associate approached me in a friendly manner and kept a smile the entire experience. The sales associate was very educated with what items were available with the features I wanted the charms to express. Even though I forgot her name, she had gauged ears like i did and exposed tattoos. Honestly, it made feel more at ease. The entire process was quick and to the point which I appreciated.

It was My first time going to a store. It most certainly won’t be the last time. The whole experience was mine blowing thanks to the Sail woman and do the huge variety of jewelry/charms.

The sales associate was wonderful and provided a lot of help. The ring selection was for the most part all of what I was looking for. Even the price was extremely reasonable considering the quality!

The sales associate made sure I had a bracket that fit me and made sure I didn’t leave the store until I found the right one because of my super skinny wrists sizing was difficult to find but she made sure she did even when she felt like she was out of options
