I was exchanging an item I purchased on line which when it arrived I was not satisfied with the quality. The sales associated was very helpful and patient while I found a replacement item.

During this time of Corona virus the Pandora store in Salem NH was very clean and the associates were all as well. I did get what I wanted and was waited on by the store manager Kurt, very nice and very professional and knowledgeable. Have been in that location many times and have always been happy with my experience.
