a few years ago i had purchased the crossing path ring, which i had a very sentimental attachment with for personal reasons & i lost this ring in Lancaster, PA in October 2019. I have been trying to order this same exact ring & to my disbelief Pandora had retired this ring a few months ago. I have been to different locations and no one had it available I even tried online ordering and it was not available in my size. Thanks to your sales clerk Kurt S. (#157822) he looked into this precious piece and told me he would see if another store had it in stock in my size! He doesn't know how satisfied I was with this special ring... I ordered it thanks to his help. A very satisfied Pandora customer...

Rebecca H. is fantastic. She was able to zero in on perfect gifts to suit the four people for which we were buying gifts. While there was no one else in the store when we entered at around 11:30, the store soon filled with customers. There was only one other assistant, but all customers were treated with individual attention. She went out of her way to locate a particular item for us. It was a pleasant experience, even for my husband!

The process was easy to do to the knowledge of the sales associate of the items I was looking for. Take advantage of special items was great.
