I went to just see what kind of rings they had & the lady was right away attentive of me & had so much patience helping me find the perfect ring for me. I left the store very happy. That’s what great customer service looks like!

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. I was not pressured and was given the space I needed to think through my purchases. Just an overall pleasant experience.

After going to Zales to look for a birthday gift my husband talked me into going to Pandora. I already love my charm bracelet so he wanted me to try the other jewelry pieces they sell. All my hesitation disappeared once I started looking around. The salespeople weren’t pushy and the store was clean and easy to see. Our salesperson was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. She helped piece together the perfect set for me.
